When purchases are made on entropia-records.com, we do not have access to our costumers’ credit card details or any other financial information belonging to them.
Payments are 100% safe and can be proccessed with credit / debit cards or PayPal.
Shipping
All orders are packed up carefully.
Professional mailers, a stiffener and a quality wrapping paper will keep your records safe during transit.
Parcels are dispatched registered via the Greek Post Office “ELTA” within 24 hours of your payment recieved.

Important Details
Shipping costs for combined items are automatically calculated and can be displayed at the checkout page.
Delivery time may differ from the estimated delivery time listed above depending of the efficiency your local postal service.
Your parcel is insured against loss, theft or damage so in case of delays on delivery beyond 12 days for Greek costumers and 28 days for EU & Rest of the World contact us and we will track, refund or replace your order accordingly.
